@bilalalam hello. I will be joining UM this march. Do you have a contact person for the visa application matters at UM? My application requires action from UM and I have contacted them by emailing the International Student Service Unit but I haven’t received any response from them. Hope you can help. Thanks in advance!

First, you have to contact UM about the visa application matter.
Before sending the email, you copied the email to the dean of the department, advisory of department. And the. After that, you will get a reply.
The same problem I faced when I was contacted with the visa offer.
