As it was shown in the site, One of the requirements to apply for a travel authorization is to submit your Valid Airlines tickets and it was clearly mentioned that it should be at least 21 days far. Thus students including me had followed the steps and procedure as it was given.

Im an International student in my 3rd year of my bachelor degree. I have a valid Multiple Entry visa and all of my documents are valid. I had travelled back to my country of residence Saudi Arabia on the 4th of jan 2021 and i do have a return tickets on the 7th of Feb 2021. Exactly! I submitted my application even more than 21 days ago and its stuck at 50%. If the office is closed they should make alternative options. Its like our money, education and mental health is a joke to them…
Same here honestly this is so frustrating and mentally draining they’re making it hard for us

We understand your concern. Previously, the Immigration has suspended processing applications. Hence, the delay in your application process. However, Please note that the Immigration Department has resume processing applications. Therefore, applications will be processed accordingly.
