      Brother Avindu, it usually takes 3 working days. I downloaded it next day after approval.

  If you have paid 60 RM for Ikad, it will be sent to your institution from emgs, or if you have chosen COLLECT PERSONALLY option then you have to go to the EMGS office to collect it.
