I have submitted my passport to the university visa unit. They said it takes around 2 weeks to get the iKad.

I have brought ny family with me and they have been given only 30 days tourist visa. Now 12 days have already been spent. I have to take them to Bali on vacation, and If I cant get my passport in time, I wont be able to apply for the visa to Indonesia from KL. Their visa processing takes 3 to 4 days.

That said, I request you to speed up the process so that I can do that. I have also attached a request application with my passport and VAL.

  Hi Majid Buledi,
  Please be informed that we have not received your passport from your institution. Also, please take note that we have sent a series of notifications to your institution to submit your passport to us from the 24th of May 2018 till the 1st June 2018. As such, kindly liaise with your institution to submit your passport at their earliest convenience.

  Thank you very much for your response. I am going there tomorrow to remind them and ask them why they have delayed it.
