Me Md. Mahmudul Hasan khan want to admitted to UPM,Malaysia to get the PhD Degree with a scholarship of world bank and NATP-2,Bangladesh.Now I wana go Malaysia include may wife and one childern. so what is the procedure to get VAL and visa for all?

  what is VDR? is this need for me and my wife + children to get the visa?
