I am a PhD scholar and also Government Employee in (Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute_BARI), funded by World Bank and implemented by NATP Phase-2, BARC, under Ministry of Agriculture, Bangladesh. Now I am working as Visiting Researcher at JIC in Norwich, UK for 40 days.
I have already submitted my PhD admission application to Genetics and Plant breeding, ITAFOS, UPM and already has been issued an offer letter to me.
Now my quire is to you that ….
my passport is official and the issued offer letter is also bear the official Passport number, now I apply to EMGS for E-VAL so is any problem to getting E-VAL and VISA in case of official Passport Number. Mentioned that some of my colleague have already get E-VAL and VISA and already have been admitted to UPM during February 2018 session using the Official Passport.
