Hello there.
U have to do the following.
1- After u getting your EVAL u have to see is ur country includes for E-VISA or not.
2- If it does then go to this site
https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/sev-required-countries.html. create an account and fill the requirement.
3- if it does not then u have to go the Malaysian embassy for regular visa type to see the requirement because there are different papers from land to land.
