Hello,

I’ve applied for val since 28/dec and it’s still %5 and shows “pending clearance by immigration department”
Wht does that mean ?
And note that I applied for cancellation the previous val since 13/dec because I want to change the institution

my application approved by institution on 26/9 and stucked at %7 until 18/10 i discovered later that my institution didnt give the submision of the payment then u recived the payment on 18/10 and now my status is stuck at 15 ,,

i have the same prob with upm my app is stuck at %7 since 26/sep today i knew that the upm hasnt submitted my payment ,
u should contact them .
