Hi EMGS!
Two of my friends paid EMGS fees about 3 & 10 days ago. But Whenever we try to see the status on EMGS portal, it shows know record found’. Why this happening to them?
Is it very normal or is something going wrong?
Please be noted, they paid the fees through their agent. View
