i am phd scholar.i got acceptace letter ftom ukm supervisor and embassy gave me social visa pass. when i reached in malaysia they said you need offer letter from uni and go back to your country. then apply again. what should i do. its 6 month research scholarship program and 2 months already gone. they have not send me an offer letter yet. now what to do? View
