Hello EMGS,
I am a Master student passport No: 08405564. My university have submitted my documents for eVAL extension, however, I cannot see any updates from EMGS regarding receiving the documents.
Could you please update me regarding the process since I need to travel to Malaysia as soon as possible.

Its not. Your university has been delaying the submission and the problem is not with EMGS.
If your application is on 0%, it means they havent submit the payment to EMGS yet. Takes them usually around 4 days to do that. (so by 15 march it should be 5%/15%). I…[Read more]
