Hello EMGS,
My name is Alsadi Maged Hakim with passport no:08405564. I am a new Master student and it’s been almost one month since my application submitted to you via my university. However, when I checked my application with EMGS website it shows that it was recorded just on 10-03-2021 and it still 0%. As my trimester already began and I want to study online because of the pandemic. Therefore, could you tell me what is the reason of the delay happened ? and How long it may take to issue my VAL ?.

  Its not. Your university has been delaying the submission and the problem is not with EMGS.
  If your application is on 0%, it means they havent submit the payment to EMGS yet. Takes them usually around 4 days to do that. (so by 15 march it should be 5%/15%). If it takes longer, contact your university and ask them to expedite.

  Please be informed that your institution is yet to submit your application documents and the payment for your application. Kindly contact your institution and request that they submit the application documents and payment at their earliest convenience. This will enable us to initiate the processing of your application.
