Dear EMGs team,
I cannot check my application status. After filling in my credentials, a pop says checking and theb the pop goes. Nothing happens after that. Moreover I cannot verify my identity because “app is under maintenance” – i dont know how true that is. View

Kindly send an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my in order to check on this. Please provide the screenshot of the error along with your passport number in the email to enable an EMGS officer to assist you further on this matter.
