This referes that ur case needs correction . If u did send requirement documents then do the following please:
1-Take the case number of providing additional papers. Either u sent it or ur institute did.
2-CALL , i mean CALLL EMGS . Tell them the problem and ur correction papers that u had sent.
3- EMGS will ask u to report them case number to update ur case.
WHAT I MENTIONED IS THE FASTEST WAY TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE OTHERWISE IT TAKES TIME.

i mean if we didn’t submit yet, how much time they wait till we submit docs?
They will send max 3 notifications then they could close it and the uni will have to contact them to open again to resume
Once i sent them after one month . It works algamdolillah
You may receive around 3 remind notifications….But better call your institution to send documents….keep doing follow up…
