Probably you must used emgs website
I know that they have a payment method through EMGS website, but unfortunately I chose to pay through Institution , it was a bank transfer
You may ask this problem by using the contact service offering by the EMGS .
They will guide you.
Just provide the proof of your payment statement to the EMGS .

ease your pressure sir. This happened to me as well. follow me:
1- Email your institute attaching your receipt
2- They will return to u saying that they did sent it to EMGS. If No then push them by bothering them
3- Take the case number from your istitue if they forwarded to EMGS and caaaaaaaaaaallll EMGS provide them the reference.
