I applied visa renewal in December last year and my application got stuck on 80% since 16th January, Kindly please advise /help !

  Check on this with your university to see why it is taking longer than expected.

  We understand that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. We will look closely into this matter. However, we are unable to inform you when the process will be completed as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Dear emgs officer,
Usually students are required to hold an international passport , I made a mistake in that feild and I choosed “official passport” in My application (val process).
How can I edit my apolication with the correct information.
