I am having an weird issue and that is, I am renewing my passport where “Mohammad” would be written as “Md” because my national identity card printed as “Md” recently. Yeah brother. The longest time was 47 days to get 38% from 35%. I applied at emgs on September 2017 and now in February it is now 100% alhamdulillah. In the meantime I came in Malaysia and submitted my passport so it got 100%

convert the money they need to USD, then u can easily understand bro.
