Hi Mohamed,
We only receive your passport on the 11th of February 2020. The process will normally take approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department

Thank you EMGS officer. I am respecting the rules and aware of 14 days rule. Howevee, I will appreciate to consider my status explained in the emails sent with the cases number mentioned above. I believe you will understand and consider the circumstances of my case.
