Dear EMGS Team,
I am writing concerning my visa renewal application, which has been stalled at 20% in the EMGS tracking system. According to the update, there appears to be an issue with my passport information, and a notification was sent to my institution (UPM). I make a phone call with your team, and the Miss told me, my institution already update my document, but since the emgs process still stalled at 20% and yellow. Because, I have an importtant flight to attend my female friend’s wedding, so I am worried about whether I can Get my passport before that time.
The required visa page (pages 11-12 in my passport) shows my latest entry into Malaysia on October 9, 2025, and my personal details are on pages 2-3. I have already provided these passport details to my institution as instructed.
Could you please confirm whether the updated documents from my institution have been received and proceed with processing my application? Please，help me.My details for reference:
