Hello, my application is pending additional documents however I have sent the documents yesterday but still got a notification today stating tat additional documents are needed. The documents were issued prior to my passports renewal and therefore have my old passport number on them which I have sent a scan of as well along with the documents. Please check the documents out.

    ’CASE:1431664 and 1432159‘ i have sent the first email 2 days ago however unfortunately I didn’t receive a reply 😕.
