please check the required documentation prior your travelling to Malaysia, else you’ll be flying back again to process the necessary documents.

Most important thing is you have the VAL and Single Entry Visa

it depends on the immigration, mine was 2 weeks but after that stuck at my institution for almost 1 week

the immigration will check your VAL and Single Entry Visa (check if you required to do so)

you can check the clinics/hospitals that you went to

you’ll need to have medical check up at the appointed hospitals/clinics from your institution in Malaysia (maximum within 7 days after your arrival)

It differs from one to another but mostly around 2 to 3 weeks from your submission date to your institution

do you have your evisa (single entry visa)? if yes, I think when you arrived at KLIA you can directly go to EMGS counter before the immigration. EMGS pic will inform and help you for the process at the immigration.
After that you can go to the nearest hotel and monday go to your University. Hope it helps
