Thanks for your reply, I have to tell you that I am HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN Scholarship awardee and I have to join University of Malaya by 31st of October 2018.
Now my application is in EMGS, kindly proceed further so immigration also takes time to issue eVAL.

I am at 35 % and my process started on 14 September. They required additional documents 2 times so it is delayed a little bit. Hope you get your val early but I don’t think you have enough time

Lubna u have to scan your all documents including pictures passport and offer letter simply upload them.And with the passage time when Emgs do verification they will increase %.

Hi Thanks for your guideline, I have already applied through EMGS and uploaded required documents and paid payment.
My case has been sent to University of Malaya for an approval but yet it was not apprived by University as per application status of EMGS.
I have sent email to the above said email and I am hopeful that tomorrow it will be solved.Thanks Dear
