Contact your institution, the reason is sent to them. There is room to appeal.
Im not sure,personally I haven’t been rejected throughout my process but believe the moment you get the notification a detailed message is sent to your institution and you can only hear from them. Then they will assist you on appeal ie if reasons are not extremely bad.
