I am an existing international student. I already have a travel authorization however I hold an Indian passport but currently living Thailand. Since, India is in the 23 ban countries, am I allowed to enter Malaysia now because I will be flying from Bangkok, Thailand. It’s would be really nice if someone can clarify this for me.

  No ! Its is not possible !
  As ur passport from india
  It clarifies that ur orgin from india !
  India will be unban from JAN 2021
  Till nov 9th there is a complete lockdown in Malaysia !
  The unofficial report says that Indian can only enter Malaysia from JAN 2021
