Please is there anyone here who can guide me on how to make payment of Quarantine fee bcus I have been trying for the pass one week but I couldn’t be able to make payment.

  Go to STO app and select the nearest immigration office and down below u will get an option to select student pass payment and select the possible date.. u can visit directly on that date for payment.

  You can pay after arriving to Malaysia- in the airport.
