if your college as submitted all the required document, emgs will close the application issue and the progression will continue. You need to double check with your school and also track your application to confirm if they have submitted the required documents.

Your job is to get all necessary document available upon request by EMGS. Your new institution that issued you an offer letter should have advised you much better about release/completion letter from your previous school

As long as you didn’t finish your diploma, you will be rejected automatically, because there is no progression in your studies, and they need a completion letter from your previous school.

They accept only hard copy, and ask your school to mail you the hard copy. They don’t take print out. You should have all these information beforehand

to apply for a VAL, you must have an offer letter from an institution first. it’s the responsibility of the school to apply for a VAL for you.

Maybe you didn’t meet the requirements or your documents are not complete. try and check with your school if they can appeal the case. Where are you from, what are you applying for and which institution.

Contact your school, as long as its stated refundable you will have your money back and if its not a refundable fees, I am sorry you can’t get the money back.

Don’t be confused. VAL stands for Visa approval Letter, while SEV, its for Single entry visa. The VAL is valid for 6 months which means within this period you can apply for your SEV in your home country, while the SEV is valid for 3 months, it means within this period you can travel to Malaysia. Hope it clears up now.

Well, the best thing is to try and reach out to any Iranian who is already studying in Malaysia on this platform that can give you a guideline, it can take you forever if you don’t know the right thing to do.

Talk to the international department in your school, they must give you explanation, its there duty.

Just contact your school beforehand, they are aware of all these delays due to the large volume of applications received by immigration. Everything will go smooth as long as you can secure the SEV from your home country.

It depends, if you submit all the required documents, it takes about 6 working days apart from weekend to get the SEV
