EMGS,it’s over a month my Val stuck at 15% and I have sent all the required additional documents but the health declaration form status is still open, advice me on what to do. I’m in fixed and time is almost against me,kindly assist with the way out,please.

  Hi Ladan,
  
  Kindly reconfirm if the Health Declaration form have been sent to EMGS by you or your institution. If it was sent via email, kindly provide us the case number so that we could look into this matter. Please be advised that if you are free from all the diseases, you are required to tick on the “Yes ” box. whereas if you have any of the mentioned diseases you are required to tick on the “No” box in the specific disease. Thank you.

    EMGS, my medical certificate was acknowledged (case:905677) closed but the medical declaration status is still open and the Val stuck at 15% yellow. What is the next step of action ?
