Hi, my new Visa process 15% yellow with reason waiting to addition transcript degree from institute.. I was called University 2 times and I was sent email transcript many times but still pending, Can I send my docs directly to emgs? I nearly to angry and I will kill uum officer… !!! Need help View

Which institution?
University Utara Malaysia 06010 Changlun, Kedah, Malaysia and I will call them again on this Sunday

Ask them again if they sent the required documents or not, you have to follow with them always
First called, they said all my docs is correct file type and they will send docs to EMGS on Thursday last 2 week around Nov 15. Until now no answer and pending 15% yellow. Please explain me some? Any excuse…
That’s mean you contact them again after 15 nov and they also say that they didn’t send the documents?
not just only not send but not pick up the phone… Please I nearly to lose control myself
Hold on miss, there is a reason for everything, may you try to send an email to them, and also may you send another email to EMGS to ask them if they received the required documents or not

Be patient and quite , I think there is still a time for upcoming semester, everything will be fine
Also you have to know that sat and sun are weekend at EMGS so nethier today and tomorrow nor after tomorrow any update will happen
