    I would like to know how many weeks or month it takes for a new visa application to be ready?

      Hi,

      Generally, it will take approximately 14 working days if the documents submitted are complete. If the documents are incompleted, we will require additional documents and the process will take longer than the stipulated time frame. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

      At present, due to the lockdown, applications will be put on hold and we will only be able to submit applications to the Immigration Department once the lockdown has been lifted and they resume processing applications.
