Do you have login info to check your application at emgs? You should have paid yourself not through an agency, contact them and make sure they have completed the application and payment. also, inquire if they paid online or through institution.
Ask them to send you payment slips.
Usually an application is transferred to the system after 3-5 days of receiving payment.
