Has anyone ever experienced not being able to apply for a travel authorization due to already having a travel authorization approved in the previous year? May I know how to reapply for travel authorization? or is the old one still valid (about 9 months ago)? View

u have to cancel the old one 1st. send a cancellation report to the EMGS.

But I don’t know how we cancel it.-
I tried to do it by sending an email to ######### with a request for cancellation for travel authorization. Make sure you send it from the email which you used to apply the travel authorization with previously.
