yes you VAL got confirmed this is new option from EMGS they updated there new options and 35% is process and if you got 38% it means your VAL is approved congrats bro

I am not sure after the recent changes but before it was from 35% – 60% in and it took 3 working days. 60% means approved by immigration and ready for collection.
