Hello,
If your country don’t need to Single Entry Visa for entry Malaysia you can travel Malaysia.But firstly you have to print your VAL.I think today you can print your VAL.-
But they didn’t told me to download the val
Only approved

Just wait bro today i got my Val.now you have to wait until reach %70 and then you can download.If you cannot download with application try reach with your computer or another browsers(example.chrome ,opera)
Because i cannot download with application.I think and hope tomorrow you can download your VAL.Good luck…-

Thats pretty unusual.It took 4 days to go from 15 to 32 and then 1 day to 35 and 2 days for val approval.
Try contacting them.
