Hello, I got the VAL for the last semester and it expired because i took defer for the last semester , i have applied for a new VAL recently and the process very slow and it seems, it cannot get completed this soon. anyone else has experience of as such. any solution to expedite the process. I have got a scholarship and if i could not get the VAL asap my scholarship will be terminated.

    When you submitted your additional document you got a confirmation email back right? It should come with a case number. Call EMGS tomorrow and tell them the case number so that they can acknowledge the receival of additional document
