When you submitted your additional document you got a confirmation email back right? It should come with a case number. Call EMGS tomorrow and tell them the case number so that they can acknowledge the receival of additional document

Hello, I got the VAL for the last semester and it expired because i took defer for the last semester , i have applied for a new VAL recently and the process very slow and it seems, it cannot get completed this soon. anyone else has experience of as such. any solution to expedite the process. The process will not appear in emgs app and websit but if want to know about status of your application you can email emgs or your university
