Brother, if your visa application is rejected but the option for ‘ appeal ‘ is open then you cam appeal to emgs. If it is closed that means cannot appeal. A good college will send all the required documents to emgs and if they are not sending then its better to choose a good college . We can only appeal through college not directly to emgs.
