Hello, I applied in English language Institute in Malaysia one month ago and after two weeks my status in EMGS changed to the 70% then I took my VAL but I did not get visa sticker (Single entry visa) from Malaysia’s Embassy.

Thats pretty unusual.It took 4 days to go from 15 to 32 and then 1 day to 35 and 2 days for val approval.
Try contacting them.

It depends on how your institution facilitate the process, but it usually takes 9/10 working days.
My previous institute have applied for VAL Cancellation at 27 Oct 2017 and my application was closed at 31 Oct in EMGS but still I have an active application in Immigration Department after 46 days.
Yea, even if you have cancelled your application, you’ll see 100% when you login, that is called the default mode.
But don’t worry about it, if you have cancelled the application and got the all the docs from your previous institution, go ahead and start the process with your new institution (if any).
Tnx my friend actually i have created my new application 30 days ago but it stuck on 30% with yellow color and emgs told me i have an active pass in immigration department and i should wait until immigration department cancel my previous val
And they did not tell me how long should i wait !!
My previous institute did every thing for cancellation
Personally i haven’t encountered or seen like this situation but hope everything will go well.
