I registered for MyEg re-hiring program on last February. I’ve done medical and fingerprint as well. I have holding papers with all of these papers. My agent have still not submitted levi. But he said me I’ll be given visa within next two months. But I am now confused whether he can or cannot get me a visa.
So, what is to do next? If I face immigration police, what will they do? Shall I be considered as an illegal? If my agent won’t response after I’m being caught, what will be happened?
At this situation, what is the steps to get 3+1 pass? Where to contact or go for this?
