Hello, everyone can anyone help me regarding verification certificate i am traveling from pakistan. My certificate was verified on emgs already but when i upload them on my safe travel they are not verifying them anyone can help me or guide me in this matter will be appreciated.

  My covid 19 certificate is not verifying on mysafetravel app the QR code in my certifcate is not readable because of the format but in my country (pakistan) we have only this QR code and certificate also the information of my does and everything else have been updated on MySejahtera but still i am unavle to download the digital vaccination certificate.
