Dear EMGS Officer,

I hope you are doing well.
Student Name: Khalid Gulzar
Nationality: Afghan
EMGS Application No.: P10053789
EMGS Reference: BVP/STU/14321/E#########/1
eVAL Status: Approved/Processed on 5 September 2026

The university has updated my photograph for my eVAL. I have attached both the previous photo and the new photo for your reference. I am unable to proceed with my SEV application due to the issue with the previous photo.

Kindly check my case and approve the new photograph, which has been prepared according to the SEV photo guidelines, and update it in the EMGS system.

I need to be in Malaysia this month for my studies, so I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance so I can proceed with my SEV as soon as possible.
Thank you for your kind support.

Kind regards,
Khalid Gulzar
