Dear Behairy,
You need to check your application Status in this EMGS application in your mobile regularly. You will see every new notification on progress of your application.

Congratulation LouDi,
You can download your eVAL in 2 or 3 working days and if you are required to have SEV or not it will be mentioned. Then plan for your flight 🙂

Dear EMGS Officer,

Thanks for replying. I do agree. My point was for who students whose institution has applied for them. They must contact their institutions for any issue regarding their application.

You must know that your University is in charge of getting your visa, not you directly. You must send all the scanned copies of your documents to your Institution then they will create your application with EMGS. You must be in regular contact to your University. They will do everything for you. First ask about your counselor then he…[Read more]

Yeah Dear.you are right.i have a faint idea.I am an Indian citizen presently in Saudi Arabia till 7 June 2018.I have apllied for my P.hD at University Malaysia Pahang for which i already got an Offer letter and i intend to go to Malaysia in July.so please give me an idea what to do and how to do…thanks

Upon approval of your VAL, you can travel to Malaysia one month before your course start Date. (August)

I am an Indian citizen and presently in Saudi Arabia till June 7.I have applied for my P.hD in University Malaysia Pahang

Dear Mpoyi,
You need to contact your counselor to check with EMGS and re send the required documents to EMGS. In addition, EMGS never accepts any document directly from students. Your issue is with University and you need to push them focus more on your application. Contact them regularly to be active regarding your application. Wish you best of Luck

First of all you must have counselor from the University where you want to study. He/She will guide you forward. Moreover, time of application from start date till approval of VAL normally takes 11 or 15 days However, it depends upon accuracy and availability of all the required documents.

Based on 2018 new law some universities ask it mandatory to have IELTS test and some still need it later after entering Malaysia. However, pre Medical is mandatory requirement for your VAL application and there will be post arrival check up as well. Thanks a lot for your kind reply.so after my medical test can i apply for VAL.Actually i am presently in Saudi till 7 June.After 7 June i will be in india.So if i apply from Saudi then can i do rest of the things from India after June 7.And how long does VAL usually take.Further Surname and IELTS will not be a reason to get my VAL application…[Read more]

After 2 or 3 working days and you can check EMGS in computer for downloading your VAL
