Already 20 working days for renewal process and completely one month since passsport was submitted and after 3 times emailed EMGS, still stuck on 80%. Really give up 😔

I already emailed EMGS three times, but the answer is same.. “the approval is solely arlt the discretion of the Immigration Dept” I think after 14 working days, EMGS do another action to check and solve the problem..

Hello EMGS, my visa progress stucked in 80% since 9th April, please help..
