Sir, u should email to EMGS and tell them that your institute submitted documents if actually they submitted then emgs will ask case number and they will tell u further on email… i also did the same

I’m also Passport FN507208 my institution sent additional documents on the 27th of October bt my application is still stuck at 20%

Hi Khadar,
Please note that your institution has selected to obtain your student pass directly from the state Immigration Department. Therefore, you would have to refer to your institiution to check on the status of your passport submission.
