Until now still the status asks institution to submit a valid Special pass.
The dependent pass was expired in 20 Sep 2019.
I asked my university several time, but still no change and it is 20% with yellow.

In case of acceptance you have to deposit fees of insurance. If you visit them personally they will provide you 15% discount.

The other document includes marraige certificate, birth certificateof child if applicable, filled proposal form. If child is less than 2 years then medical record (vaccination).
