My application was approved on the 8th May and I’m aware that on the 9/10/11 was a public holiday due to the elections, it usually take 2-3 working days to be able to download the Val, the 3 workings days should had start Monday and by Wednesday which is tomorrow and the 3rd working I’m supposed to received it tomorrow then?

Hello Officer, how are you? Since I was approved on May 8, today is supposed to be third day for the VAL but my application has not been updated yet to be able to download my Val.
