Dear EMGS,

I have just submitted my passport to my university for visa cancellation this morning. I am worried if I can get my passport back before 29th June 2019 because I have to go back to my country on that day. Is it possible to get it back on time? I am looking forward to see your response.

  Please be informed that the shortening of your student pass takes approximately 5 working days from the day we receive the passport. However the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. In order to get all the details of your application, we would need to retrieve your record. To keep your details private and confidential please email us your full name and passport number at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will assist to check your application.
