Check your passport number very well you might make a mistake when writing it or the nationality you choosed.
Send your passport number and you nationality here I’ll help you check it myself
But when you’re writing the numbers make sure you out a space after writing every number
Passport number is N######### nationality syria n
I have tracked it even it’s ready for download just remove the N from your passport number.

You didn’t include the letter N at the first place… That’s why it isn’t needed. It might be in your passport but it wasn’t in EMGS system
