Actually I cancelled my visa due to some personal reasons. I applied for VAL again in order to continue my studies.

Hello i also cancelled my current visa and applied again for new VAL
Now im afraid to get rejected because of my low attendance and cgpa.-
Main thing is your documents, if your documents are fine and true then it won’t be any issue. If you’re applying for a reapplication then you must give an explanation letter stating why are you applying for reapplication. Moreover if your attendance and cgpa is low then your institute will provide an explanation letter for it.
