As international pupil u have to email international student department. Or inside postgraduated section there is definitely department for intarnational student.
Contact them.
If no then i think you have hire education office in Malaysia to finalise your papers.

In my case i used to bother them day and night until they replaird to me. Man once i emailed the whoool department including the deen. Referring to everyone that i am lost i dont know who should i contact to. Wallahi the person who is in charge rmailed me himself
Thanks for everything, brother. The issue has been settled. The processing is being continued according to EMGS. Unfortunately, school has resumed but I am still in my home country. How long would it take for the processing to be completed? Any idea?
