Once the percentage changes to 35%, it means your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) application has been submitted to the Immigration Department for approval. The green colour means your application is progressing accordingly.
The EMGS don’t know how long your application will take, as all the other international students tried knowing when there val will get approved. Its all in the hand of immigration department of malaysia on when they want to make your val approved. But don’t worry, somehow new applicants are getting there val approved faster compared to those that are renewing there val.
